Spaceship (Vic-20 Cassette 50 Game 48)

Screen Shot 2016-06-19 at 17.10.15

Guess how far away the alien is. If you don’t guess right the alien kisses you, or something.

Galactic Dogfight ( Vic-20 Cassette 50 Game 47)

Screen Shot 2016-06-19 at 17.09.14

Witness the two most inefficient fighting spaceships try and have a ruck. No one gets hit. Ever.

Derby Dash (Vic-20 Cassette 50 Game 46)

Screen Shot 2016-06-19 at 17.08.42

I want the horses I bet on to have ridiculous names. I don’t want them to just be numbers. This is bullshit.

Also very similar to Day at the Races on the Amstrad Cassette 50

Motorway (Vic-20 Cassette 50 Game 45)

You’re a small  animal trying to stay alive in  5 lane motorway. I don’t think much of your….*SPLAT!*….

… chances.

Minataur’s Treasure (Vic-20 Cassette 50 Game 42)

Screen Shot 2016-06-17 at 13.21.03

If you think you know somewhere that has some treasure, and it belongs to one or more minotaurs (or minataur as Cassette 50 has spelt it), you should probably leave it well alone. Magic grids are no fun, and nor is being eaten by a minotaur (or minataur).

Dustman Dan (Vic-20 Cassette 50 Game 29)

vic_29_dustmandan_wp

You have to feel for Dustman Dan. Not only does he go and have to pick up what I can only assume is radioactive waste (due it’s its flashing nature), he could quite easily fall off a ladder or down a hole and be killed. And if he doesn’t do it quick enough he doesn’t get paid at all. Poor Dustman Dan.

Very similar to Barrel Jump on the Commodore 64 Cassette 50.

Bomber (Vic-20 Cassette 50 Game 28)

vic_28_bomber_wp

You know what’s a great way to destroy a city? Farting bombs. FARTING BOMBS. I know that because I played this game which is about destroying a city with bombs. And when the bombs hit a building they did a big fart sound. Who can argue with that?
